BLIZZARD ALERT: Road Closures and Travel Restrictions Advisement

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) The National Weather Service in Grand Forks has extended our Blizzard Warning until 12 pm this Friday. And we have road closures and no travel advised in the Valley.
here’s a look at the grand force in the und skycam at 4 15 a.m it’s a perfect friday morning to stay home and off the roads uh the national weather service in grand forks has extended that blizzard warning until 12 p.m today you can see how bad it looks just in town now here’s a look just out trying to get out of crookston the roads are closed here highway 2 has been closed uh between crookston and grand forks so if you’re planning to go anywhere stay home we’ll take a look at the road maps here uh northwest minnesota um highway highway 2 as i said from crookston to grand forks is closed farther south highway 200 from ada to the north dakota border is closed and the rest of extreme eastern or i should say western minnesota no travel advised in that shaded area and over on the north dakota side of the red river no travel advised on i-29 up and down the valley and going west of grand forks on highway 2 in other area roads again wind gusts over 50 miles per hour uh white out conditions at times you cannot see out on area roads a blizzard warning remains in effect until noon on this friday stay safe out there i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
