Blaze Breaks Out in Downtown Grand Forks Apartment Building Sunday Morning

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) Early Sunday morning fire at Downtown Grand Forks apartment building. Firefighters are still on the scene at 6 a.m. mopping up the blaze and investigating the cause.
I’m sure in all stations central to crawl at 3:21 North 4th Street 321 North 4th Street for a fire structure there’s black smoke in the building Leon Carlson here at the scene of an apartment building fire just on the north side of downtown Grand Forks early on a Sunday morning this is at 321 North 4th Street fire crews were called in 2:30 a.m. this is just a block north of City Hall battalion chief on scene didn’t have time for an on-camera interview yet but did confirm to i-news that at this hour they have no reports of any injuries to residents of the apartments however I was told some firefighters received some bumps and bruises from slips on ice all over the area at 4:45 a.m. firefighters were entering the building to finish extinguishing this fire and to get a closer look at things I’ve been in this building before unfortunately it’s been the scene of quite a few drug cases it’s cut up into around a dozen small apartments at this hour no word yet on a possible cause of the fire or exactly how many people it has displaced as you can see there was black smoke coming from all the apartments on this side of the building check back later this morning for more details from the scene I’m Neil Berg reporting for i-news TV you
