BENSON COUNTY, North Dakota (trfnews.i234.me) – The North Dakota Sex Offender Registry lists Austin Xavier Huffman, 23, as incarcerated following his conviction for sexual contact with a minor under the age of 15.
According to state court records, Huffman was convicted in Benson County District Court on April 28, 2025. The charge was filed under North Dakota statute 12.1-20-03(2)(A), which covers gross sexual imposition involving minors.
Huffman received a 15-year sentence. Of that term, he is required to serve four years in prison, with 168 days of credit for time already served. He will also be placed on two years of supervised probation upon release.
The registry lists Huffman’s primary address as 3100 Railroad Avenue, Bismarck, ND, located in Burleigh County. His current registration status is incarcerated, and his risk level has not yet been determined.
Huffman is described as a white male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 145 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. No scars, marks, or tattoos were reported in the public registry.
