Beltrami County (trfnews.i234.me) — Gregory James Pasquarette, 31, of Plymouth, Minnesota, is facing a felony charge in Beltrami County District Court.
The charge accuses Pasquarette of violating a domestic abuse no-contact order. The alleged offense happened on or about April 21, 2026.
According to the court complaint, active domestic abuse no-contact orders were already in place. The orders were tied to Beltrami County court files 04-CR-26-750 and 04-CR-26-751.
Alleged Electronic Contact
Investigators said K.C. reported that Pasquarette contacted her through electronic messages. The alleged contact happened between April 11 and April 17, 2026.
The complaint says K.C. first told police she had deleted apps and blocked numbers. She said she no longer had proof of the contact.
Pasquarette later told police that K.C. had contacted him. He provided screenshots, according to the complaint. Investigators said those screenshots did not show dates or replies.

K.C. later reinstalled the app, according to the complaint. Investigators then reviewed messages at her Bemidji residence.
The complaint states the messages came from a phone number linked to Pasquarette. The messages were sent to K.C.’s TextMe number.
In one message, Pasquarette allegedly referred to going to prison. He also allegedly wrote that he was “being watched like a hawk.”
The most recent alleged message was received on April 17, 2026, at 2:31 p.m.
Felony Charge Filed
Pasquarette is charged under Minnesota Statute 629.75. The charge is listed as a felony.
The complaint says the charge is based on alleged violations within 10 years of prior qualified domestic violence-related convictions.
If convicted, Pasquarette could face 30 days to five years in prison. He could also face a fine of up to $10,000.
Court records listed in the complaint show several prior DANCO-related convictions. The complaint also lists pending domestic-related cases.
