Beltrami County Man Arrested for Burglary and Financial Card Fraud

Beltrami County, Minnesota (trfnews.i234.me)James Miller, 43, was arrested on April 17, 2025, and booked into the Beltrami County Jail. He faces two felony charges:

  • Burglary – 3rd Degree – Entering without consent with intent to steal or commit a felony or gross misdemeanor

  • Financial Transaction Card Fraud – Use without consent

Miller is currently being held without bail pending his court appearance in District Court.
