BECKER COUNTY ( trfnews.i234.me ) — A man and woman have been charged with multiple felony counts in Becker County after allegedly forcing a mentally impaired victim to perform sexual acts.
According to court documents, the victim told a Frazee police officer that in April 2020, they were coerced into performing sex acts with both Joseph Grenier and Bonita Moltzan at the same time. Moltzan later admitted to police that the two had “pressured” the victim to engage in sexual activity.
Investigators also allege Grenier sent Moltzan videos and photos of himself performing sex acts with other individuals, including minors. A search warrant executed on Moltzan’s Google Drive reportedly uncovered 13 files containing child sexual assault material.
Grenier has been charged with two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct and two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct. Moltzan faces two counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, three counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct, and three counts of possession of pornographic work involving minors.
