Becker Co. Lake Park Man Charged in Restraining Order Case
Becker County ( trfnews.i234.me ) – A Lake Park man is facing a felony charge after allegedly violating a harassment restraining order. Court records show Gage Michael Halverson, 20, has been charged in Becker County District Court with felony violation of a harassment restraining order within 10 years of a prior domestic violence conviction.
The alleged offense occurred on August 18 in Becker County, according to court records. The full criminal complaint was not yet available online at the time of reporting.
Halverson was booked into custody but released on August 20 after posting a $900 cash bond. His release carries strict conditions, including no violations of active no-contact orders or orders for protection, and no possession of firearms or dangerous weapons.
