According to witnesses, a male patron, who appeared to have had too much to drink, began arguing over his bar tab. The situation escalated, leading to the man being escorted outside. A struggle then ensued between the man and an employee outside the nearby Empire Theater, during which a window was broken. It also appears that the employee may have sustained a cut on his hand. It is still unclear if the man involved will face any charges, but the police have been contacted, and court records are being reviewed.
