- BAATZ PUT LOTION ON HIS GENITALIA AS WELL AS ON THE GENITALIA OF TWO 4-YEAR-OLD BOYS. HE WOULD THEN MASTURBATE THE BOYS AND HIMSELF. HE WOULD RUB HIS PENIS ALONG THE BOYS’ ANUSES AND HAVE THEM GIVE HIM ORAL SEX. HE ALSO WOULD STICK HIS PENIS IN THEIR ANUSES ALONG WITH A YELLOW BOTTLE, WHICH WAS DISCOVERED TO BE THE HANDLE OF A DUSTER.
