24-year-old Ethan Xavier Ryan cucher of Grand Forks has been charged with felonies of possession with intent to distribute siloc cybin mushrooms and marijuana along with misdemeanor driving under suspension according to court documents in January 10th he was pulled over on a traffic stop in Grand Forks and the officer saw a plastic bag of marijuana in plain view a probable cause search of the vehicle found 10 o of marijuana and 1 o of mushrooms along with $474 in cash found on Cera I’m Neil Berg reporting for I trfnews.i234.me
