Appeal to ND Supreme Court Filed for Man Convicted of Killing Grand Forks Police Officer

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) Salamah Pendleton of Grand Forks was convicted of murdering police officer Cody Holte and his mother. On October 8, 2021 he was sentenced to life in prison. Now his attorney is appealing that case to the North Dakota Supreme Court.
