GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – First responders attended the scene of an apparent minor crash at the intersection of South Washington Street and 19th Avenue on Monday. The incident, captured on video around 11 a.m., involved a fender bender.
Although no serious injuries were reported, emergency crews faced some difficulty in opening the driver’s door of one of the vehicles.
