  1. Let's tax fracking to get homes for the homeless. Can't they raise city tax a penny then they house the homeless…giving felony charges to homeless DISCUSTING….rich man must have whined about the homeless and somehow it's a felony. Why the city use the money from the jail for rent on the apartment? All 4 felonies…shame on all of us. Don't we have compassion?
