twenty-seven-year-old ho-young joy of Grand Forks is facing a felony charge after allegedly going on a rampage at a Grand Forks apartment just after midnight on August 8th according to court documents an officer arrived at the Cardinal point Apartments at 2150 47th Avenue south and saw joy throwing items off the second floor the officer reported a broken bench in the lobby a broken ceiling fan a security camera ripped down from the ceiling a hole in the wall broken glass on the floor and more with damages totaling more than $2,000 court documents don’t reveal what motivated this incident but joy has been charged with felony criminal mischief I’m Neil Berg reporting for i-news TV
