we had another roundabout crash uh southeast of Thief River Falls early on this Wednesday morning this would be just west of the seven clans casino on Highway 59 we’ll take you down to the scene here our uh camera person says it appears an SUV went straight over the roundabout and uh crashed uh no details yet uh we’ve reached out and uh we’ll try to get more information on this uh later today but it’s the second crash here in about a week check back later today for more details I’m Neil Berg reporting for in.tv

That is a dumb place for a roundabout anyway. There is not enough traffic
When it was being built it was obvious that roundabouts on 60 mph highways out in the country was a stupid idea, but even more stupid is giving people no indication they have to slow down until only 1/4 mile away. Slick winter roads, you know. There were tracks up the middle before the landscaping was even finished
I hate traffic circles.
