GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Preston Davis, 32, of Grand Forks, is facing serious criminal charges after allegedly threatening to shoot a woman and her daughter. According to court documents, on the evening of July 15th, officers responded to reports of terroristic threats in the area of 110 Cherry Street. Davis allegedly made threats to shoot the victims before fleeing from the officers on foot. He was eventually found hiding in a nearby garage and arrested.
Davis now faces a trio of felony charges, including terrorizing, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Additionally, he is charged with the misdemeanor of refusal to halt.
