Accused of Threatening Grand Forks Officers With a Hatchet

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) One man is facing felony charges, after allegedly threatening Grand Forks Police Officers with a hatchet.
23 year old tyler rosen has been charged with felonies of terrorizing and preventing arrest in grand forks district court according to court documents on september 2nd at 8 36 p.m grand forks police officers responded to a report of a disturbance and could hear loud banging in a male yelling profanities officers made contact with rosin at the doorway to the apartment and rosen allegedly grabbed a hatchet and waved it above his head while yelling profanities at the officers officers began to draw their guns but reported they did not raise them as rosen threw the hatchet on the ground as they began to draw rosen then attempted to run into a bedroom and struggled with officers as they handcuffed him during the incident the officers reported rosen yelled quote leave me the f alone i hate cops f you i’m Neil Berg reporting for trfnews.i234.me
