we have an update to our earlier story regarding a charge of tampering with witness over in Devils Lake North Dakota and Ramsey County District Court it all started with this charge David Ron Hagerty of Devil’s Lake was charged with two counts of felony aggravated assault for allegedly punching and knocking out two people who were under the age of 21 back in February Hagerty is also charged with misdemeanor delivery to certain persons unlawful for allegedly providing those two people he knocked out with a bottle of UV Blue alcohol then as we earlier reported a second person wound up being charged in connection to this case Brianna Candice Smith of Devil’s Lake is facing a felony tampering with witness charge in Ramsey County North Dakota Court according to court documents she allegedly offered six hundred dollars and four hundred dollars to two different people in order for for them not to file charges against David Hagerty Hagerty also of Devil’s Lake was charged with two felony counts of aggravated assault back in February I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
