MANKATO, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – A viral video shows a house near the breached Rapidan Dam near Mankato collapsing into the Blue Earth River. Most of the home washed into the floodwaters before 9:30 PM on Tuesday night. Blue Earth County officials are monitoring for downstream impacts from the debris. The family who owns the nearby Dam Store and Cafe also owned the home. The dam suffered a side breach on Monday, which sent water rushing over the west side of the dam.
