Minor travel impacts are possible this morning as bands of light
to moderate snow move across eastern North Dakota and adjacent
areas of northwest Minnesota. Visibility reductions as low as 1
mile are possible, along with slick roadways. Accumulations could
range from 1 to 2 inches as snowfall rates are somewhat high in
some of the heavier bands. Conditions will improve from west to
east early this afternoon.
