PENNINGTON COUNTY, MN (trfnews.i234.me) — Kevin Browne is currently being held without bail in Pennington County Jail after being arrested on multiple charges on March 10, 2025.
According to court records, Browne is facing the following serious charges:
- Traffic – DWI – Third-Degree Driving While Impaired (1 Aggravating Factor) (Gross Misdemeanor)
- Fleeing a Peace Officer in a Motor Vehicle (Felony)
- Traffic-Drivers License – Driving After Revocation (Petty Misdemeanor)
- Traffic Violation – Failure to Stop at Stop Signs or Stop Lines (Misdemeanor)
- Drugs – 5th Degree – Possession of a Schedule 1-4 Controlled Substance (Not Cannabis/Hemp) (Felony)
