Beltrami County, MN – Joseph Anthony Fineday, 40, has been listed as a wanted fugitive as of June 18, 2024, according to the Minnesota Department of Corrections (MNDOC).
Fineday was sentenced on March 14, 2023, for assault under case number 04-CR-20-1578 in Beltrami County. He was released on February 7, 2024, but violated the terms of his supervised release and is now actively wanted by authorities.
His supervising agent, Andy Hadrava, and law enforcement officials are requesting public assistance in locating him.
