A caller reported that a woman with a child had slammed another woman’s hood.

The caller also reported the car was kicked near Westview Trailer Court.

An officer arrived and located Drury, according to the complaint.

The complaint says she did not follow directions.

The officer reported that Drury smelled like alcohol.

When told she was being detained, the complaint says she became aggressive.

The complaint says she resisted and struck the officer in the face with her hand.

Her child was present and began crying, according to the complaint.

A deputy assisted during the arrest, according to the complaint.

The complaint says Drury told the deputy she had nothing on her.

The complaint says she then kicked the deputy in the upper left thigh.

The caller reported no visible damage to the vehicle.

A witness told investigators Drury yelled at a woman about a child near the corner.

The witness also reported Drury tried to stop a Domino’s driver in the area.
