Thief River Falls Police Department Cases
Michael Isiah Hickey, 41, Thief River Falls, was charged with failure to produce proof of insurance by an owner who isn’t the driver. The case was continued for dismissal with probation to the court for six months. He was also ordered to pay $100 in restitution.
Jesse David Lemoine, 37, Thief River Falls, faced a charge of fourth-degree driving while impaired. He was fined $510, given a 30-day jail sentence stayed for two years, and placed on unsupervised probation for two years. Lemoine must complete a comprehensive assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow through with the recommended level of treatment and aftercare.
Rachel Nelson, 43, Thief River Falls, was charged with domestic assault. The case was continued without adjudication, and she was fined $50 and placed on unsupervised probation for one year.
Tyrus Mathew Olson, 27, Thief River Falls, faced a charge of disorderly conduct. He was fined $135 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, which was stayed for one year. Olson was placed on probation to the court for one year.
Sherri Jean Pearson, 62, Thief River Falls, faced charges of fourth-degree damage to property—intentional damage. The case was continued for dismissal with unsupervised probation for six months, and Pearson was ordered to pay $48.50 in restitution. Charges of disorderly conduct and indecent exposure—lewd/lascivious behavior—were dismissed.
Colton Cecil Blank, 26, Strandquist, was fined $115 for expired registration.
Pennington County Sheriff’s Office Cases
Nicole Ann Olson, 43, Thief River Falls, was charged with trespassing. She was fined $135 and given a 30-day jail sentence stayed for one year. Olson was placed on unsupervised probation for one year.
Avery James Stenvik, 19, Thief River Falls, was fined $225 for driving 81 mph in a 60 mph zone.
Austin Nicholas Costaskis, 30, East Grand Forks, was fined $285 for driving an uninsured vehicle.
Jeremiah Damon Garza, 23, Clara City, faced a charge of carrying a pistol under the influence of alcohol with a concentration of 0.10 or more. The case was continued for dismissal with unsupervised probation for six months.
Minnesota State Patrol Cases
Corey Robert Webster, 63, Minneapolis, was fined $125 for driving 65 mph in a 60 mph zone.
Noel Marie Nelson, 34, Oklee, was fined $125 for driving 70 mph in a 60 mph zone.
Tori Lynn Byklum, 26, Fisher, was fined $125 for driving 60 mph in a 55 mph zone.
Jaden Jon Kruse, 28, Thief River Falls, faced a charge of no proof of insurance, which was dismissed.
Lori Ann Beaulieu, 48, Redby, was fined $125 for driving 65 mph in a 66 mph zone.
Brooklyn Ray Breuer, 21, Thief River Falls, was fined $135 for possessing a cannabis open package in a motor vehicle that was not in compliant packaging or a container.
