Pennington County, MN (trfnews.i234.me)—On January 3 at 5:45 p.m., law enforcement responded to a hit-and-run incident in the 500 block of Arnold Avenue South. Dianne Judith Matson, operating a 2004 Buick Rainier southbound on Arnold Avenue, collided with a parked 2013 Ford F150 owned by Jamie Wolf of Grand Forks, North Dakota. Matson departed the scene but was located later that evening, as detailed in a subsequent report.
