* WHAT…Snow and Blowing Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of
2 to 5 inches. Winds gusting as high as 40 mph.

* WHERE…Portions of northwest and west central Minnesota and
northeast and southeast North Dakota.

* WHEN…Until 3 PM CST Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Plan on slippery road conditions. Visibility reductions
are expected as winds increase later this evening and persist into
Sunday.
