EAST GRAND FORKS, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – According to court documents, East Grand Forks resident Brian Lee Espinoza has been charged with three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct. An investigation revealed that a female minor alleged Espinoza had been sexually assaulting her over several years. In January 2025, the victim reported at least two instances of sexual intercourse with Espinoza. Each count of first-degree criminal sexual conduct in Minnesota carries a maximum sentence of 30 years in prison and a fine of up to $40,000.
