* WHERE…In Minnesota, Kittson and West Marshall Counties. In North
Dakota, Pembina County.

* WHEN…Until midnight CST tonight.

* IMPACTS…Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
conditions.
