GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A significant development has been made in the case against Nicholas Narveson, accused of murdering 53-year-old James Jorgenson at Sledster’s Food and Brew in downtown Grand Forks on July 4.
Following an evaluation by doctors at the North Dakota State Hospital, a report was presented to a judge on Friday, October 11. The report concluded that Narveson is competent to stand trial for his alleged crimes.
Narveson, 27, underwent a psychological and criminal responsibility evaluation as part of the court proceedings. He now faces charges in connection with Jorgenson’s death at Sledster’s Food and Brew on July 4.
