Update: Charges filed in crash near Grand Forks Airport; adult victim identified, child airlifted

GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) Charges have now been filed against a Fordville, North Dakota man, after he crashed into another vehicle stopped at the light on Highway 2 by the Grand Forks Airport Monday night. The victim has been identified as 26-year old Nicole Louthain of the GF Air Base and a 6-year old child who wound up being airlifted to Minneapolis.
