This is dehumanizing. Why would you record his plight?
Don't move him along, get this man some help. How can you go to bed at night and sleep knowing this poor guy is just moving along. Grand Forks PD should have helped him get help for housing and daily essentials he might need. Shame on GFPD. Do the humanin care please.
