those 'alford' pleas need to be done away with. it means he can still say he's innocent of the charges, & also means they usually get a VERY good 'deal' – like probation, and/or not having to register as a sex offender, meaning he could still get a job in law enforcement. please update us on what 'sentence' he gets.
