Of course everyone wants to place blame. If anything-blame the ENTIRE SYSTEM that was put into place when this country was originally “founded”. Of course this outcome can be expected when it was “founded” on stolen land and slave labor. What do you think was going to occur?? Downtown Minneapolis is a lawless cesspool. The city does nothing. They have all these organizations driving around in golf carts providing "resources" to the homeless. The only resources they want is more drugs. Police do nothing about the drug dealers that have been operating down there for years in the exact same spots. I don't have the time to describe what I have seen down there.
