How about a mandatory minimum 10 year prison sentence for leading Law Enforcement on a chase that gravely endangers the public at large? Is that law on the books yet & if not, let's get it on the books in the next legislative session?! Once you do something like that, you need to be out of society for a long time because you've become a public menace. We need to deter people & this would require ND laws being taught in ND schools along with the federal & state Constitutions
