Dilworth Walmart Theft Case Leads to 2 Felony Charges
Dilworth (trfnews.i234.me) — Dillon Joe Huber faces two felony charges connected to an alleged Walmart theft.

Prosecutors charged Huber with felony theft and aiding or abetting felony theft.
The complaint says merchandise worth $838.92 was taken from the store without payment.
Walmart Reports Theft In Progress
According to the complaint, police responded after Walmart employees reported a theft still underway.
Asset protection reported watching two men place expensive merchandise into a shopping cart.
The merchandise allegedly included Lego sets and trading cards.
One man wore a pink cowboy hat, according to the court filing.
The second man wore a blue baseball cap.
Prosecutors allege the man in the blue cap walked toward a store greeter.
He allegedly distracted the greeter while the other man left with the merchandise.
The complaint says no payment was made for the items.
Huber Identified From Video
Investigators later identified the man in the blue baseball cap as Dillon Joe Huber.
The complaint says surveillance footage was compared with previous booking photographs.
Investigators concluded Huber was the person shown in the store video.
The other man was identified as Brendan Allen Frenzel.
Prosecutors allege Frenzel pushed the shopping cart from the store without paying.
Huber is accused of helping the alleged theft by distracting the employee near the exit.
Two Felony Counts Filed
Count One charges Huber with felony theft.
Count Two charges him with aiding or abetting felony theft.
Both counts are filed under Minnesota’s theft statute.
The aiding charge also references Minnesota Statute 609.05.
Each felony count carries up to five years in prison.
Each count also carries a possible fine of up to $10,000.
Prior Conviction Cited
The complaint also cites Huber’s previous criminal record.
It lists a September 2022 burglary conviction from Grant County, Minnesota.
The charging document alleges Huber has a qualifying prior conviction for sentence enhancement purposes.
The new case is filed as 14-CR-26-2946 in Minnesota’s Seventh Judicial District.
