- WHEN ZAHN WAS 29 YEARS OLD, HE WAS INTOXICATED AND DIGITALLY PENETRATED A 16-YEAR-OLD FEMALE. HE THEN FORCED PENILE/VAGINAL INTERCOURSE. THE VICTIM YELLED FOR HELP, BUT NO ONE HEARD HER. ZAHN COVERED THE VICTIM’S MOUTH AND NOSE AND THREATENED TO HIT HER IF SHE DIDN’T STOP YELLING. THE VICTIM WAS ABLE TO ESCAPE TO A NEIGHBOR’S HOUSE AND REQUEST HELP.
