Dodge County (trfnews.i234.me) — Four people were involved in a crash between a Ford Edge and a Ford Escape on Highway 14 in Mantorville Township, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

The crash occurred at 3:42 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 21, 2025, near milepost 200 on eastbound Highway 14. The road was listed as dry at the time.

What happened

The State Patrol report says a 2016 Ford Edge was entering Highway 14 from 270th Avenue when it collided with a 2017 Ford Escape traveling eastbound on the highway.

The report does not list the exact cause of the collision, but it indicates no alcohol involvement for either driver. Both vehicles had airbags deployed.

The driver of the Ford Escape was identified as William George Stauff, 68, of Le Center. The report lists non-life-threatening injuries. He was not transported to a healthcare facility.

His passenger was identified as Lynette Rae Stauff, 61, also of Le Center. The report lists non-life-threatening injuries. She was not transported to a healthcare facility.

The driver of the Ford Edge was identified as Mark William Larsen, 62, of Kasson. The report lists non-life-threatening injuries. He was transported to St. Mary’s Hospital for care.

His passenger was identified as Rhonda Rae Larsen, 61, also of Kasson. The report lists non-life-threatening injuries. She was also transported to St. Mary’s Hospital.

West Concord Ambulance, Dodge/Kasson Police Department, and emergency responders assisted at the scene.
