A Thief River Falls man, Kelvin Herrera Palma, 24, was arrested on Sunday following a 911 call and subsequent hang-up.
Police responded to the incident just after 9:30 p.m. and later charged Palma with multiple serious offenses, including First Degree Criminal Sexual Conduct, Second Degree Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, Terroristic Threats, and First Degree Aggravated Robbery.
Authorities are continuing their investigation into the matter.
