SHE OBSERVED CHILD PORNOGRAPHY AND CHAT DISCUSSIONS WITH EVERETT DISCUSSING TRADING CHILD PORNOGRAPHY WITH ANOTHER PERSON AND REPORTED IT TO THE POLICE. EVERETT HAS A PREVIOUS DISORDERLY CONDUCT CONVICTION RESULTING FROM HIM LOOKING AT PORNOGRAPHY ON A CAMPUS LIBRARY COMPUTER WHILE HE HAD HIS HAND IN HIS PANTS.
