Glencoe Man Arrested for Revving Engine and Child Safety Violation in Thief River Falls

A Glencoe area man was arrested in Thief River Falls on Sunday after a noise complaint led to police discovering multiple violations. Cole Howard Knochenmus was taken into custody after a caller reported that he had been sitting in his white and black Suburban for over an hour, continuously revving the engine at Countryside Trailer Court.

Police responded to the scene shortly after 2:30 p.m. and arrested Knochenmus, charging him with Driving After Cancellation and No Child Restraint.
