The allegations stem from events reported in East Grand Forks on October 19, 2025.
Prosecutors say Nelson helped possess or transfer a stolen truck, shotgun, and 9mm pistol.
Stolen Truck Sold for $3,100
The complaint says Erik Traiser reported his 2007 Chevrolet Silverado stolen from Moorhead.
Traiser estimated the pickup was worth about $15,000.
A Smith & Wesson 9mm pistol was also inside the truck when it disappeared.
