Crookston Man Faces 2 Felony Drug Charges
Crookston (trfnews.i234.me) — A Crookston man faces two felony drug charges following a July search of his residence.
Jessie Lee Feldt, 38, is charged in Polk County District Court.
One charge alleges Feldt used a person under 18 to help sell Suboxone.
The second charge involves alleged methamphetamine paraphernalia stored where children were present.
The allegations cover activity between March and July 30, 2026.
Child Protection Report Leads To Search
Police obtained a search warrant for a North Front Street residence on July 30.
The investigation followed a child protection report alleging ongoing drug sales at the home.
The report involved four children under age 18, according to the criminal complaint.
Feldt and Jayme Lee Walden lived at the residence, prosecutors say.
Investigators searched an attached garage and reported finding several drug-related items.
Those items included used syringes, smoking devices, and suspected methamphetamine.
A black bag allegedly contained about 1.8 grams of suspected methamphetamine.

A mirror containing residue tested positive for methamphetamine, according to the complaint.
Police also found a prescription bottle of Suboxone issued to Feldt.
Children Allegedly Used To Deliver Suboxone
Walden later gave investigators a statement after receiving a Miranda warning.
According to the complaint, Walden alleged that she and Feldt sold drugs from the residence.
She specifically alleged that Feldt sold his prescribed Suboxone.
Walden also claimed children were used to hand Suboxone to buyers at the door.
She allegedly said the children were told they were delivering medicine.
The complaint says the alleged activity had occurred since March 2026.
Feldt was later located at his workplace and arrested.
He was taken to the Northwest Regional Corrections Center.
Two Felony Charges Filed
Feldt faces a third-degree controlled substance crime involving a person under age 18.
That felony carries up to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
He also faces a felony involving methamphetamine paraphernalia where a child was present.
That charge carries up to five years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
The case is filed as Polk County court file 60-CR-26-1091.
Readers can review Minnesota Statute 152.023 for third-degree drug offenses.
The state’s child methamphetamine exposure law is also available online.
The charges are allegations and have not been proven in court.
Feldt is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
