GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Larry J. Decoteau from Grand Forks is facing several criminal charges following an incident on August 3rd. The Grand Forks police responded to a burglary report, and a witness directed them to Decoteau, who was found walking with a bicycle. Decoteau admitted to pushing in a window air conditioner and stealing items from the apartment. He is now charged with felony burglary and possession of drug paraphernalia, as well as misdemeanors for providing false information to law enforcement and theft of property.
