GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Here’s an update on some breaking news out of Downtown Grand Forks. A subject was threatening to jump off the Demers Avenue Skyway. According to police, the individual did jump but is alive. There is no word yet on his condition.
The traffic on Demers Avenue Skyway in and out of Grand Forks has reopened after the incident. The man jumped off a pillar onto the ground, and police are expected to send out a news release soon with more details.

I've lived in Grand Forks for 40 years and this is the first time I've ever heard of this structure called a "Skyway". This structure on Demers Avenue is called an overpass.
Thats sad. Prayers for him and his family.
