SAINT PAUL, Ramsey County (trfnews.i234.me) — A Saint Paul woman suffered life-threatening injuries in a rollover on Interstate 94.

The Minnesota State Patrol said the crash happened on Monday, December 15, 2025. The time was 7:00 a.m.

The location was eastbound Highway 94 at 9th Street in Saint Paul. Road conditions were listed as dry.

What happened

Troopers said a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek was traveling east at a high speed. The Subaru was near 9th Street.

The State Patrol said the Subaru hit a guardrail. The vehicle then rolled onto the left shoulder.

Driver identified

The driver was identified as Nada Omar Nohamed, 25, of Saint Paul.

Troopers reported life-threatening injuries. She was taken to Regions for treatment.

The State Patrol reported the airbag deployed. The report says Nohamed was not wearing a seat belt.

The report also lists alcohol as involved. The report does not list test results.

Saint Paul Fire responded, according to the crash report.
