Roseau Woman Booked on DWI, Assault Charges

ROSEAU, Minn. (trfnews.i234.me) — A Roseau woman was booked into the Roseau County Jail on several allegations Saturday.

Karla M. Oseguera, 41, was booked on July 25, 2026. The booking record did not list a release date.

The Roseau Police Department was listed as the arresting agency.

DWI Allegations Listed

Jail records list two misdemeanor driving while impaired allegations.

One allegation involves operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

The second allegation is fourth-degree driving while impaired.

Fourth-degree DWI is generally charged as a misdemeanor under Minnesota law. The exact charge can depend on the reported circumstances.

More information about Minnesota impaired-driving laws is available through the Minnesota Legislature’s DWI statutes.

Domestic Assault Allegation

The booking report also lists a domestic assault allegation.

The listed offense alleges an act intended to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death.

The record describes that allegation as a petty misdemeanor. However, charge levels may change after a court review.

The booking report listed total bail at $0 for each allegation.

A zero-dollar listing does not always mean a person was released without conditions. It may reflect the record’s status when published.

Case Remains Pending

The jail entry documents an arrest and booking. It does not establish guilt.

Oseguera is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.

Formal charges, hearing dates, and release conditions may appear later in Minnesota court records.

Public court information can be found through the Minnesota Judicial Branch.

Additional jail information may be available from the Roseau County government website.
