JAMESTOWN, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A Jamestown, North Dakota man has been arrested on charges of sex crimes against children. According to Lieutenant Sidman of the Jamestown Police Department, the investigation began on July 14th, and after approximately two weeks of thorough investigation, the suspect was apprehended.
On the morning of July 31st, a search warrant was executed at the suspect’s residence, resulting in the seizure of evidence related to the initial reports. The suspect, 59-year-old Mark R. Windish of Jamestown, was arrested on suspicion of gross sexual imposition, continuous sexual abuse of a child, and patronizing a minor for commercial sex activity. Windish is currently being held at the Stutsman County Correctional Center pending formal charges from the County State’s Attorney.
