Roggenbuck suffered injuries that were not considered life-threatening.
Emergency crews transported him to LifeCare Medical Center in Roseau for treatment.
Vehicle Crossed Centerline
Roggenbuck was driving a 2025 Buick Encore northbound before the crash.
The State Patrol said the vehicle crossed the centerline for an unknown reason.
The Buick then vaulted over a road approach and entered the west ditch.
The vehicle rolled after leaving the roadway.
Investigators reported that Roggenbuck was not wearing a seat belt.
Alcohol was not suspected as a factor in the crash.
Emergency Crews Responded
The State Patrol received the crash report at about 2:16 p.m. Monday.
Several local emergency agencies responded to the scene.
The Roseau County Sheriff’s Office assisted with traffic control and scene safety.
The Roseau Fire Department and local emergency medical crews also responded.
No other vehicles were listed as involved in the crash.
No additional injuries were reported in the initial State Patrol report.
The crash remains under review by the Minnesota State Patrol.
Officials have not released more details about why the vehicle crossed the centerline.
Seat Belt Safety
Minnesota law requires drivers and passengers to wear seat belts in most vehicles.
Safety officials say seat belts can reduce serious injuries during rollover crashes.
Drivers can find more traffic safety information through the Minnesota Office of Traffic Safety.
Motorists should remain alert on rural roads and reduce speed when conditions change.
