Fargo Man Faces Multiple Felony Charges for Attempted Arson and Domestic Violence

FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Christopher Plentychief, a Fargo resident, is facing six felony charges following an alleged attempt to set fire to an apartment building at 901 42nd Street South on July 28th. According to court documents, Plentychief threatened his former girlfriend with a knife, prevented her from calling 911, poured lighter fluid on the floor, and attempted to ignite it. He also barricaded the door to prevent escape. The charges include terrorizing, domestic violence, attempted arson, interference with an emergency call, and preventing arrest. The case is under investigation, with Plentychief now in custody awaiting further legal proceedings.
