GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – In a twist to our previous report of an armed man in Grand Forks, Jesse James Skavlem, 33, faces serious charges after allegedly terrorizing children near Richard’s West Park. According to court documents, on July 28th, police responded to reports from juveniles at the park’s apartment complex. Witnesses described Skavlem, dressed in a black beanie, tank top, and jeans, making threats of violence without possessing a firearm. He allegedly approached the group, repeatedly menacing them with statements of mass harm. Skavlem now faces felony charges related to these disturbing actions.
